Best secret spots for sunset views of Eiffel Tower without crowds?
Trocadero and Champ de Mars are always overrun with tourists. Where can we enjoy a quiet evening sunset view of the Eiffel Tower with a bottle of French wine?

Head down to Port de Debilly (the riverbank walking paths right below Pont d'Iéna). Alternatively, the rooftop deck at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann is free to enter and offers a breathtaking panoramic sunset skyline!

Square Rapp in the 7th arrondissement gives an incredible framed photo view between ornate Parisian buildings!

Skip Trocadéro entirely—it's a zoo these days! My go-to spot for the past three years has been the Passerelle Debilly, a footbridge just east of the Eiffel Tower. Even better, take the steps right below it down to Port Debilly along the Seine. It's significantly quieter, and you get an incredible view right from the water's edge.
Before heading down, pop into a wine shop around Métro Alma-Marceau (or just a local Monoprix) to grab a decent bottle of Côtes du Rhône for around €8–€12, a fresh baguette, and some cheese. You can sit right on the cobblestones by the river and watch the sunset and the hourly sparkle without hundreds of selfie sticks in your face.
If you want an alternative, try the tip of Île aux Cygnes near Pont de Bir-Hakeim. Walk down the tree-lined path towards the replica Statue of Liberty; there are plenty of quiet benches facing the tower with almost no crowds.
